A well-maintained and bright apartment with climate control, perfect for those seeking comfort and tranquility. The spaces are tastefully furnished and designed to offer a pleasant stay for both short vacations and longer stays. Beach gear (chairs, umbrella, and beach towels) is available.
It is located in a quiet apartment building on the fifth floor (with an elevator), about a 15-minute walk from the historic center and 5 minutes from Monte Urpinu Park. Stops for the main buses to the city center are just a 5-minute walk away.
The neighborhood where the apartment is located, San Benedetto, is lively and full of shops, bars, and restaurants. There’s a supermarket right across from the apartment building. I’ll always be available to offer advice and information about the city, the neighborhood, and our wonderful beaches!
The living area is spacious and cozy, with a comfortable sofa, dining table, and direct access to the balcony—furnished with a table and chairs—which makes the space very bright during the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, and everything you need for cooking. It opens directly onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for dining outdoors, and features a small laundry area with a washing machine and drying rack.
The house can accommodate up to 3 people: there is a double bed and an additional sleeping space. A travel crib is available upon request.
The bedroom is spacious and bright. It overlooks a private courtyard and is therefore particularly quiet at night
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower, a large sink, a bidet, and all essential amenities. The window provides natural light and good ventilation.
