GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.

The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be imposed after the first warning.
Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be granted access. For building security and access protocols, it is necessary for each guest and visitor to send a photo of their official ID via Airbnb chat, which will be required at reception to verify their identity and allow access to the building.
Parties and wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If stains occur, additional cleaning or replacement charges will apply.
Charges will apply for towels and/or sheets if they get dirty, whether from makeup or any other substance.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
In case of any damage to furniture and/or inventory, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
Only the indicated parking space may be used.
The air conditioning should be turned off when leaving the apartment.
Pets are prohibited. If it is a service animal, approval from the host is required.
The amenity rules must be followed.
Keys and/or cards must be left in the place specified by the host during check-out.
GENERAL BUILDING RULES AND AMENITIES

The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and costs, if applicable.
Respect the rules for each amenity, which are provided in the folder inside the apartment and marked in the listing photos.
Common areas of the building must be respected. The guest will be financially responsible for any damages.
FINES

Violating any point of both regulations can result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, as quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full cost of the item will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN per sheet set, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.

Damages and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not notified to the host, an additional charge of $1,000 will apply for investigation).

Damage to property: Material cost + Labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.

Loss of keys and/or cards: A replacement fee of $500 MXN will be charged.
