Guests have access to numerous amenities, including a covered living area with a pool table and an additional covered terrace with a grill—ideal for social gatherings and relaxing evenings. A special highlight of the house is the hot tub near the seating area, which features three seats and two loungers. Use of the hot tub must be arranged in advance with the rental owner and is not permitted for children under 15 years of age.

A very beautiful, heated swimming pool is located on the property. The shared pool is heated; however, please note that on cooler days, the maximum water temperature achievable depends on the current outdoor temperature

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we ask that you leave the kitchen clean and dispose of the trash before departure. Otherwise, a final cleaning fee of 50 euros will be charged.

Guests have access to a spacious garden with barbecue facilities, and parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Heating and air conditioning are included in the price.
