Enjoy relaxing days for two in this light-flooded holiday home by the water.

Take a seat in one of the comfortable armchairs in the bright, friendly living area or make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy the panoramic view of the water and the endless landscape. The tasteful interior with warm wooden floors and carefully selected furniture creates a relaxed, personalised atmosphere. The open-plan dining area flows seamlessly into the integrated kitchen, which is ideal for cooking evenings together.

Open the patio door and let the fresh air in. You can spend quiet hours with a glass of wine on the wind-protected wooden terrace with seating and parasol. Enjoy the uninterrupted view over the water and the expansive landscape. You can go swimming in the Reitdiep thanks to the swimming ladder. Take advantage of the heated outdoor pool for a refreshing dip.

From Lauwerzijl, you can explore the Lauwersmeer National Park with its cycling and hiking trails and excellent birdwatching opportunities. Take a boat trip on the Reitdiep to Lauwersmeer or head to Zoutkamp to sample freshly caught fish in the harbour. Visit the Fiskerhuske museum or plan a day trip to the Wadden island of Schiermonnikoog, which you can easily reach by ferry from Lauwersoog.
