Just 50 meters from the shoreline, Villa Palma Maris feels like a secret world hidden in plain sight. Its crowning jewel is a 1,500 m² Mediterranean sanctuary—the largest private garden in Sutivan—where towering palms and sculpted greenery create a lush, living wall of privacy. As you wander past 41 classical stone columns and vibrant flowering plants, the scent of salt air mingles with the garden’s perfume, leading you toward an inviting private pool and terraces designed for deep relaxation.

The villa’s architecture is a thoughtful tribute to Mediterranean living and personal space. Spanning four levels, every room is reached via elegant external stone staircases, a design that grants each guest a rare sense of independence and quiet. Inside, the heart of the home is a breathtaking living room with five-meter-high ceilings that draw in the Adriatic light. Whether you are preparing a meal in the chef-grade kitchen with Miele and Bosch appliances or retreating to one of the three en-suite double bedrooms, the atmosphere is one of understated, high-end comfort. A connected children’s room and a professional-grade private gym ensure that every family member finds their own rhythm here.

Life at Villa Palma Maris is best lived outdoors. You can start your morning on one of the four terraces overlooking the sea and end it around a massive stone dining table, where the choice between a gas or wood-fired grill makes every dinner an event. Even in the cooler months, heated terraces allow the evening to linger. Tucked away in a quiet residential enclave, this is a place for those who seek the luxury of silence and the beauty of the coast.
