In the house: storage room for bicycles. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 200 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 250 m, railway station "Como" 48 km, ferry "Menaggio" 13 km, pebble beach "Dongo" 450 m.
