Here you’ll find a modern gem where architecture meets nature in the most beautiful way. The newly built vacation home, complete with an adjoining annex, allows you to spend time together while still having your own space. The house is located just 170 meters from a stunning sandy beach and features a stream running through the garden.

Inside, you’ll find well-appointed rooms where modern design creates an airy setting for your vacation. The annex provides extra space and flexibility—perfect if you’re multiple generations or families vacationing together. Light surfaces and thoughtful details create a pleasant atmosphere.

On the 1,200 m² natural lot, you can enjoy both the morning and evening sun on one of the house’s two terraces. The stream babbles in the background, creating a peaceful ambiance as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal. The lot offers plenty of space for play, relaxation, and simply being.

The beach is practically on your doorstep, and the area offers bike paths, padel and tennis courts, as well as the Fjollehaven playground. Explore Gjerrild and Sangstrup Klint, visit Bønnerup Harbor, or take a trip to Mols Bjerge National Park. Grenå and Ebeltoft are also within a short distance.
