This home is 1363 square feet - a master bedroom with a cal king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The outdoor deck area is perfect for whale watching and enjoying expansive oceanfront views. Wonderful tropical and herb garden area with Hawaiian flowers and landscaping.

Relaxing and state of the art furnishings. Watched whales from our lawn chairs and enjoyed walking across the lawn and sidewalk to the beach and great restaurants.

If I could rate this property 10 stars I would. As beautiful as the photos were, seeing it in person it was even better. Perfect location, beautifully maintained grounds, private but just a few steps to the Wailea beach path. There was nothing better than sitting on the patio at the start of the day and again at the end of the day - we saw so many whales and the most beautiful sunsets. The unit was spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Janna was very nice and made everything very easy she even left a gorgeous arrangement of flowers and wine for our arrival. If this unit is available - get it !! Absolutely perfect.
