A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
Some houses you rent. Others you remember.
La Pergola is one of the latter. Set on a single level in the countryside just outside Lourmarin, it opens onto a panorama of hills, vineyards and golden light that shifts hour by hour. One morning on the terrace with a coffee is all it takes to understand why Camus chose this village to write — and to stay.
The main house — 1,625 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms — is designed for those who live as much outdoors as in. The 645 sq ft terrace is not an extension of the house; it is its heart. The 21,500 sq ft garden, planted and cared for, does the rest. Master room 180 cm. Air conditioning in the living room.
Rustic kitchen and small oven.
For families or groups who want to be together without being on top of each other, two self-contained annexes complete the property:
— A studio-workshop with bedroom, shower room and WC
— A garden studio with bedroom, shower room, WC and workspace
The 26 × 13 ft pool
Lourmarin, with it market and its restaurants, is minutes away.
La Pergola is available exclusively through AIR Property Provence.
