You can see the sea right from the doorstep of this renovated 1970s summer house. Colors from the surrounding nature create an authentic summer house atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a protected dune area as its neighbor.

Bright rooms and well-thought-out details invite you to relax. The renovation respects the age of the house, while modern comforts ensure a pleasant experience. The living rooms offer sea views, and the interior design supports both togetherness and tranquility.

A large covered terrace facing west offers sea views and beautiful sunsets. To the south, you will find another terrace with a view of the protected dune area. There is space for everyone on the patios all around the house. The lawn surrounded by rosehip bushes invites ball games and play, while deer, pheasants, and hares often stop by.

The North Sea is only 300 meters away, and the path to Lønstrup is perfect for walks. Visit Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse for fantastic views, or explore the galleries and restaurants in Lønstrup. The Hærvejen and Nordsøstien trails pass through the area. Skallerup Klit Holiday Center with a playground and facilities is 800 meters from the house.
