This spacious attic apartment in the barn offers three bedrooms for up to six people. The open-plan living area with kitchen is perfect for cooking and relaxing together. Historic details such as the old fireplace with brick floor meet antique flea market finds and modern Nordic furniture.

The apartment combines rustic charm with a well-thought-out room layout. The light-flooded living area under the roof creates a special atmosphere. Each bedroom offers you a place to retreat after eventful days on the coast.

The six-hectare property at the end of a cul-de-sac guarantees you absolute peace and quiet. Here you will find several individually designed guest apartments, spread out over the grounds, lending the place a lively yet wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Old trees provide shade, while you can choose between orchards, sunbathing lawns with ponds, and a jetty. An outdoor sauna, archery target, barbecue area, and campfire are at your disposal. On some days, you can even hear the surf.

Discover Flensburg with its Rote Straße and backyards, or hike through the Habernisser Moor with its boardwalks. The cliffs in Habernis and the bathing jetty in the neighboring village offer you variety. Nearby Denmark is always worth a visit.
