This is an apartment rented under the “tourist rental” / “short-term rental” formula, for stays of less than 30 days.

By law, we are required to provide you with a rental agreement, which you will need to sign.
A copy of the agreement will also be given to you.

As required by law, check-in must be carried out in person. On that occasion, you will sign the contract and we will hand over the keys to the property.

The apartment offers a breathtaking and truly unique view.
It is located on the second floor of a historic building. You will have the chance to enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen!

The property welcomes you with a comfortable entrance hall with a coat rack. Continuing on, you will find the sea-view kitchen and living area, complete with a sofa bed and a 56-inch TV, the bedroom with a large sea-view window, and a very spacious and comfortable bathroom featuring not only a standard shower but also a bathtub, as well as a toilet and bidet.

All rooms have windows overlooking the sea.

Furnished in a modern style, the apartment is very cozy and comfortable.
Street parking is free, although during peak summer season it may be difficult to find a space. About 100 meters away, you can park your car in nearby private parking facilities, such as Clara Parking Sferracavallo, located approximately 250 meters away, about a 4-minute walk. The apartment is the ideal solution for those who wish to enjoy a cultural trip to Palermo — a city of excellence that was also named European Capital of Culture in 2018 — without giving up the relaxation that only the sea can offer!The apartment is located in the seaside village of Sferracavallo, in Palermo. The house overlooks the Gulf of Sferracavallo, directly above the neighborhood square, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk by the sea.

The area below the apartment is well served by numerous seafood restaurants, but you will also find traditional Sicilian trattorias, pizzerias, and the famous “chioschetti,” small local spots offering street food at affordable prices, from the classic pane e panelle and crocchè to the famous spleen sandwich. There are also cafés serving delicious croissants and pastries, from ricotta cannoli to profiteroles, as well as nightlife venues where you can enjoy cocktails, beer, and dance on summer evenings.

Of course, there are also ice cream shops!

You will also find a supermarket and neighborhood stores, including fruit and fish markets, a butcher shop, bakery, tobacconist, and pharmacy, all just a few steps from the apartment entrance.

You can enjoy a beautiful day at the seaside or take a walk along the Barcarello waterfront and visit the protected natural reserve of . Access to the sea is approximately 100 meters away, about a 2-minute walk or 5 minutes by car.

You may either enjoy the free-access seaside area or relax at the beach club located just below the apartment (with both sandy and rocky areas).The coastline is mainly rocky; however, at Punta Barcarello, about 1.5 km away (5 minutes by bus or 17 minutes on foot), there is a free-access beach made of pebbles and gravel.
The center of Palermo, for example the famous Piazza Politeama, can be reached in about 17 minutes by car, 21 minutes by metro/train (around 5 stops), or 58 minutes by bus (bus line 628 or 616 to the stadium, then line 101 to Politeama).
The bus stop is located directly below the apartment.
The train stop, Sferracavallo railway station, is approximately 900 meters away, about a 13-minute walk.

La casa offre una vista mozzafiato, unica.
È ubicata al piano 2 di una palazzina storica. Avrete modo di osservare uno dei tramonti più belli che abbiate mai visto!
L'immobile vi accoglie in un comodo ingresso con appendiabiti, a seguire troverete la cucina soggiorno vista mare, comprensivo di divano letto e tv 56 pollici, la camera da letto con un'ampia finestra vista mare e un comodissimo e capiente bagno che presenta oltre alla classica doccia anche la vasca da bagno, il wc è il bidet.
Tutte le stanze sono finestrato ed espongono sul mare.
Arredata in stile moderno, la casa si presenta molto accogliente e confortevole. Il parcheggio in strada é libero ma in piena estate è molto difficile fruirne.
A circa 100metri potrete parcheggiare l'auto presso i parcheggi privati di zona, come Clara Parking Sferracavallo a 250 metri circa, 4 minuti a piedi. La casa rappresenta la soluzione ideale per chi vuole optare per un viaggio culturale in quel di Palermo, meta d'eccellenza, dichiarata anche Capitale Europea della Cultura nel 2018, senza rinunciare al relax che solo il mare può regalare!L'appartamento è ubicato nella borgata marinara di Sferracavallo, in Palermo. La casa affaccia sul golfo di Sferracavallo, sopra la piazza del quartiere ove è possibile fare una passeggiata davanti al mare. La zona sotto casa è ben servita da svariati ristoranti a base di pesce ma potrai trovare anche trattorie di cucina tipica Siciliana, pizzerie, i famosi "chioschetti" cioè i locali che offrono street food a prezzi competitivi, dai classici panini pianelle e crocche`al panino con la milza, bar con gustosi cornetti, dolci vari, dal "cannolo con la ricotta" al "profitterol" e troverete locali notturni ove gustare cocktail, birre e ballare le sere d'estate.
Non mancano le gelaterie!
Vi è anche un supermarket e delle botteghe di quartiere, fruttivendoli e pescivendoli, carnezzeria, panificio, tabacchi e farmacia, tutto a pochi passi dal portone di casa.
Vi potrete godere una bella giornata di mare o fare una passeggiata sul lungo mare di Barcarello e accedere alla riserva naturale protetta di Capogallo. L'accesso al mare dista 100 metri circa, 2 min a piedi, 5 minuti con la macchina.
Potete usufruire della zona di accesso libero al mare oppure accomodarvi presso il lido sotto casa (con zone sabbiose e senza) .
Il litorale è prevalentemente di scogli ma
a Punta Barcarello, che dista circa 1,5 km, 5min in autobus e 17 min a piedi, è possibile fruire di una spiaggia ad acceso libero costituita da ciottoli /ghiaia.
Il centro di Palermo, per es. la famosa Piazza Politeama, è raggiungibile in 17 min con l'automobile, in 21 min tramite la stazione metropolitana( circa 5 fermate) o in autobus in 58 min (linea 628 o linea 616 fino allo Stadio e poi da lì prendere la linea 101 fino al Politeama).
