Find your own private retreat by Lammefjorden in this newly built house. The house combines modern comfort with scenic surroundings – here you can relax on the large wooden terrace overlooking the fjord or enjoy the absolute tranquility by the water's edge, which is just a few steps away.

Inside, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen where you can indulge your culinary talents, comfortable underfloor heating throughout the house, and a lovely sauna. There are two bedrooms with double beds and plenty of storage space, plus two lofts where the children can sleep. In winter, gather around the fireplace for board games and cozy moments.

Outside, there is a large wooden terrace with a lounge sofa, sun loungers, and a covered dining area. You can barbecue in the outdoor kitchen with a bar and fjord views, and from the terrace, a staircase leads down through the 3,000 m2 garden to the fjord shore. Take the kayak out on the water or enjoy the starry sky in total darkness.

The supermarket is only 5 minutes away, and in 15 minutes you can reach Nykøbing Sjælland with restaurants and Sommerland Sjælland.
