Do you dream of an entire estate by the water? The estate welcomes you to the shores of Lake Bourget, with five elegant cottages nestled between the lake and the mountains. Perfect for family gatherings, getaways with friends, or retreats, this exceptional location sleeps 34 and offers direct access to the beach.

Each cottage is named after a historical female figure associated with the lake: Louise of Savoy, Queen Victoria, Hortense de Beauharnais, Adelaide of Burgundy, or Elvire. Together, they offer 17 bathrooms, a reception room opening onto the lake, and every comfort to ensure you enjoy your stay to the fullest.

The large waterfront garden invites you to relax, featuring an outdoor sauna facing the lake. You have direct access to Conjux Beach, just 20 meters away, for swimming and moments of tranquility with your feet in the water.

Just 100 meters away, you’ll find La Jetée, an excellent restaurant with a view of the harbor. Explore Chanaz, the “Little Venice of the Alps,” for a variety of water sports. Hike to the Dent du Chat or visit Aix-les-Bains, the iconic spa town on Lake Bourget.
