Welcome to La Forêt, an exceptional 80 m² apartment occupying an entire floor of a large villa divided into three independent units. As its name suggests, this spacious haven offers a serene atmosphere and an unobstructed view, perfect for welcoming 4 people. The independent kitchen, modern and spacious, is fully equipped (induction cooktop) and has its own central dining table for added conviviality.
On the night side, the apartment offers two beautiful bedrooms:
The first one has a King size bed (180X190) convertible into two single beds (90X190), a television and a discreet laundry area (washing machine and sink) intelligently integrated into the closet.
The second one, equally spacious, offers a double bed (160x200) and a genuine work area.
A large bathroom with shower and separate toilet complete this exceptional property.
Outside, you enjoy a vast private terrace. Equipped with a large table and an awning, it's the perfect place to share long lunches in the shade or enjoy the sea breeze at the end of the day.
