Welcome to Spot des Becs, a charming 30 m² apartment located in the heart of action and relaxation. Its name doesn't lie: you are only 100 meters from the beach, ideal for taking a dip upon waking! For thrill-seekers, you are 400 m from the Atlantic Toboggan water park and 700 m from the Beau Land Park fair. It's the perfect pied-à-terre for a stay under the sign of sun and entertainment.
Optimized and bright, this apartment offers all the comfort necessary for a successful stopover. You will discover a living room bathed in light with a cozy lounge area (TV) and comfortable sofa bed, and a dining table. For your comfort, the main room is equipped with air conditioning, a real blessing on summer days.

The kitchen: Open, modern and fully equipped (induction cooktop, washing machine).
-The sleeping area: A small bedroom located just after the kitchen, equipped with bunk beds (2x 90x190). And a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
