A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Welcome to this charming farmhouse that combines traditional Hallandian architecture with modern comfort. Located in a scenic area near the beech forests of Åkulla, this home offers a perfect blend of past and present, where you can enjoy rural tranquility and genuine nature experiences.
The house is made up of two distinct parts: a traditional Halland barn with low ceilings and a fireplace, and a newer part with an airy floor plan and impressive ceiling heights. The large living room with colorful details flows into the kitchen, creating an inviting atmosphere. A glazed conservatory offers a perfect place to relax all year round.
On the generous plot of 2900 square meters, there is plenty of space for the whole family to socialize and play. Here you can enjoy garden life while looking out over the grazing cows in the meadows next door.
The area offers rich nature experiences with hiking trails and cross-country ski trails in Åkulla beech forests. Visit nearby Ästad Vingård with spa and Michelin restaurant, or take an excursion to Varberg and Falkenberg's sea beaches. Sonjas Veranda and Strömma Farmlodge offer local dining experiences.
