You will find a completely renovated summer house where indoor and outdoor spaces merge through large glass sections and four exits to the terrace and backyard. Here you will find a fire pit and dining area in natural surroundings with views of fields, trees, and wild flowers. The house is part of a small, enclosed meadow with just 30 summer houses, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere where nature is the absolute focus.



Oak and brass create a common theme throughout the bright kitchen-dining area with a new kitchen and all appliances. The bathroom has silk cement, glass walls, underfloor heating, and a washing machine. The two bedrooms each have their own style, and a heat pump and wood-burning stove ensure comfort all year round, so the house can be enjoyed regardless of the season.



The terrace offers various seating areas, an outdoor fireplace, and direct access to a large lawn for garden games and play. The controlled wild backyard provides peace and space, and here you can often experience a rich bird and animal life up close. The annex has its own bathroom with underfloor heating, and in the summer, the glamping tent expands the possibilities for open-air accommodation.



The Gudenåen river is close by for canoeing, and Sminge Lake offers a bird tower, swimming, and fishing just 200 meters from the house. The area is characterized by many undisturbed natural areas that invite you to go for walks. Experience the panoramic view from Troldhøj, visit the Jysk Automobile Museum in Gjern, or enjoy Silkeborg's cafés and sailing with the paddle steamer Hjejlen to Himmelbjerget.
