From the raised terrace, you have a front-row view of the Kattegat, while the sound of children playing on the climbing tower mixes with the sound of the sea. This charming summer house is located on a natural plot where deer regularly visit and where the silver glimmer of the water creates the perfect setting for relaxation.

The house's four bedrooms are each decorated with their own unique theme inspired by the surrounding nature. The bright common rooms feature retro details and quaint nooks and crannies that give the place its own unique character. Both the kitchen and living room have direct access to the house's two terraces.

The 6000 m² natural grounds offer plenty of space for play and relaxation. Part of the grounds is set up for ball games, while the apple tree with swings and climbing frame invites you to spend hours of outdoor fun. From both terraces, you have a full view of the children playing.

In Hou, just 1 km away, you will find everything you need, including a grocery store, ice cream parlor, and restaurant.
