They would answer me through WhatsApp immediately. They stored our luggage while we went to another island even though I didn’t have that night booked. That helped us so much!!! The place was so central! Gave us an unexpected upgrade. Absolutely loved it.

Perfect location, amazing staff that is incredible helpful for whatever we needed. Completely renovated place in the heart of old town. Really surprised how quiet it was since World cup was going on with hundreds of fans below us. Thank you Ana for making our stay so nice. Will be back

The receptionist was very attentive and friendly at all times. She explained what we could do at different times of the day, restaurants or activities (I was with my son) to keep us entertained. Well located, Room clean . Recommended 100%
