In this newly renovated type house, you get the best of both worlds: a relaxed summer house atmosphere and modern conveniences for the whole family. The simple Nordic interior design with white profile boards and light colors creates a calm atmosphere that invites you to relax and spend quality time together.

The house offers a large kitchen-living room that opens onto the terrace and garden, creating a perfect connection between indoors and outdoors. The relaxed Nordic-style interior design allows you to spend time together in an informal way.

The garden is a true paradise for both young and old, with a large lawn for ball games, a secure trampoline for active moments, and a cozy shelter with a fire pit for atmospheric evenings. The covered lounge on the terrace is perfect for long summer days and balmy evenings.

From the house, you are only a short walk from the beach via Koreveler, and the area offers many experiences. Enjoy an ice cream at Idas Is, try the 27-hole soccer golf course, or take a trip to the charming Vig Bio. With a pizzeria, Thai restaurant, and the popular Tuskemarked nearby, there is something for everyone.
