Private pool, stone barbecue, and a landscaped garden overlooking the Var countryside - this four-star 88m2 villa in the Domaine de Fayence gives a group of up to eight the kind of independence and outdoor living space that makes a holiday feel genuinely different from everyday. Fayence village is just 3km away, and the Côte d'Azur is within comfortable reach.

Upstairs, three bedrooms - a double and two twin rooms - share a bathroom with a spa bath and shower, keeping the group well served through busy mornings. The ground floor offers a living area with a sofa bed and a TV, a WC, and direct access to the outdoor space. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, and a laundry room takes care of the practical side of a longer stay without fuss. Air conditioning runs throughout. The private garden with sun loungers, covered terrace, and stone barbecue surrounds the private unheated pool - open from April to September - and the whole outdoor space is designed to be used, not just admired. Wi-Fi and Garage or outdoor parking are available.

The domain adds a further dimension - a large shared pool, jacuzzi, paddling pool, tennis courts, ping-pong, multisports court, and pétanque, for all guests. Children's clubs run in summer for ages four to fifteen. The spa with sauna, hammam, and wellness treatments, plus a bar terrace, breakfast service, and bakery, is all available as paid options.

Gliding, cycling, horse riding, and watersports at Lac de Saint-Cassien keep active guests happy, while Grasse, Saint-Raphaël, and the perfume capital of the world are all within a comfortable drive.

Note: Wi-Fi and beds made upon arrival are available as paid services. These services are not included in the booking price and must be paid on-site during the stay.
