For families or small groups who want room to breathe without losing that cozy cottage feel, this three-bedroom maisonnette in Quéven strikes the right balance. Set within a quiet pedestrian estate bordering an 18-hole golf course, with the beaches of Guidel just 12km away and shops and restaurants within easy reach, it's a relaxed and well-connected base for exploring coastal Brittany.

The cottage is spread across two floors, sleeping six comfortably. The living area on the ground floor features a double sofa bed alongside a dining space and TV. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements - one with a double bed and one with two single beds - served by a shared bathroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped, keeping self-catering simple across longer stays. A private terrace and a paid outdoor parking space complete the setup.

Shared residence facilities add real value for a group this size. A covered heated pool is available for relaxing swims - a reliable option whatever the Breton weather brings. Paid Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, and a laundry service is on-site for longer stays.

Morbihan - one of the world's most beautiful bays - is right on the doorstep, with watersports, hiking, diving, and boat trips from Lorient all close by. The wildlife park Les Terres de Nataé is just 1km away, and Pont-Scorff zoo and the Guidel nautical centre are easily reachable. Lorient's lively festival scene adds another dimension for those visiting in summer.
