One block from the beach, this large, very private house has the best views in Punta Colorada. Full amenities include heated swimming pool, hot tub on terrace, AC/heat in every room, full BBQ and indoor fireplace. WiFi, alarm, very large fenced in yard for dogs. Electric vehicle outlet in driveway (schuko-type outlet).
Guest access:
Exact location and master-lock codes of keys will be sent you guests 24-48 hours before their booked dates.
**THE POOL HEATER IS NOT TURNED ON FOR LESS THAN 3 NIGHT STAYS.** Please advise if you want pool heater turned on as it takes 36 hours to fully work. (In good weather guests find that you do not need the pool heat pump on as the pool area is protected from the winds of Punta Colorada, creating a very pleasant micro climate).
