The Space:

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking: full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils, everything you need whether it's a quick breakfast before the game or a full dinner at home.



The bedrooms: Two spacious bedrooms each feature a king bed, a rarity at this price point, and the third offers a comfortable queen, all with quality linens and ample closet space. Three real bedrooms, three real beds: ideal for families, groups of friends, or colleagues who each want their own room.



Two full bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks, both completely renovated with modern fixtures, hot water on demand, and fresh towels provided.

Sleeping arrangements: the house sleeps up to 8. The three real beds (two kings and a queen) comfortably sleep 6; guests 7 and 8 sleep on the queen air mattress we provide, set up in the living room. Great for a family or a group of friends; if all eight of you want a real bed, this isn't the right fit.



Guest Access:

You'll have the entire home to yourselves, all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, living areas, private fenced backyard, and the driveway. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy at any hour; your unique code is sent before check-in. Washer and dryer are included for your use. The whole space is yours for the duration of your stay, no shared areas and no other guests on the property.

A few things to know before booking: This is a quiet residential neighborhood, we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors, especially outdoors in the evening. No parties or events. The backyard is fully fenced but please supervise children and pets outside. Self check-in means you're never waiting on anyone to arrive. You'll be minutes from Daikin Park, the Toyota Center, downtown, and EaDo's bars and restaurants, driving is easiest, and rideshares to the stadiums run about 5–10 minutes. Trash: collected every Monday — if you're here Sunday night, please roll the bin to the curb, and bring it back in after pickup.



Interaction with Guests:

We're hands-off but always reachable. You'll have everything you need for a seamless self check-in, and we give you your space during the stay, but if anything comes up, message us through the app and you'll get a fast response, usually within minutes. Local recommendations, late checkout questions, an extra roll of paper towels, just ask. We treat every stay like it's our own family visiting.
