The Space
The “YOU AT HOME” apartment is located on the second floor of a very small building (no elevator), situated in a quiet, peaceful, and green residential area.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven, refrigerator, freezer), features a small table for two people, and opens onto a terrace.
The living room features a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa, an extendable table that can also be used as a workspace, and a large window overlooking the second large terrace shown in the photos.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, washing machine, and toilet. The dryer is located in the hallway.
The apartment includes a master bedroom and a second bedroom with a single bed.
Equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning (heating and cooling modes), and free Wi-Fi.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The internal stairs are not accessible to guests.

A CAR IS REQUIRED! There is no public transportation from the Venice or Treviso airports or from the train station to the apartment!

Guest Access
A CAR is highly recommended because public transportation near the apartment to the nearest train station, Gaggio Porta-Est, is not very frequent.
However, the apartment’s location is ideal for sightseeing:
Venice is a 20-minute drive or a 20-minute train ride from the Gaggio Porta-Est train station, Treviso (the “Prosecco” capital) is 20 minutes by car, and Verona (the city of “Romeo and Juliet”) is 1 hour and 15 minutes by car. But if you want to go further, Milan is 2 hours and 30 minutes by car, Florence is 2 hours by train from the Venezia-Mestre train station, and Rome is 4 hours and 30 minutes by train from the Venezia-Mestre train station.
If you prefer the beach and the sea, Jesolo is a 40-minute drive away.
If you like mountain scenery, Cortina d’Ampezzo is a 1-hour and 50-minute drive away.
If you’re interested in top fashion brands, you can visit the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, a 20-minute drive away.

Airline crew are welcome, as Marco Polo Airport is just a 10-minute drive away.
Business travelers can reach Mestre in 10 minutes by car and Padua in 20 minutes by car, as the highway is directly accessible from the apartment.

Playgrounds are located nearby, and Gardaland Park and Lake Garda are a 1-hour-and-30-minute drive away.

You can easily find a supermarket (Ali Supermarket) an 8-minute walk away, an excellent café and bakery (Pasticceria Armonie) and a beauty salon just a 3-minute walk away, as well as a café/restaurant suitable for business lunches, a 4-minute walk away (Dr.ink Bar), a restaurant/pizzeria (Bavaria Fest) 3 minutes away by car.

The building is located in a quiet, peaceful residential area, and free parking is available right next to the building.

The A4 highway (Milan–Venice–Trieste–Udine) is nearby.
The ENI gas station (CNG vehicles) is a 2-minute drive away.

Other things to keep in mind
Child safety seats and portable cribs/baby beds are available upon request.
Toys are available in the single bedroom for our “little” guests.
