A coffee maker and an espresso machine are at your disposal for your morning ritual. With 65 m² on the ground floor and 55 m² in the basement, you’ll have plenty of space to feel right at home.



The two entrances provide great flexibility, and the basement features a bedroom with an en suite bathroom—perfect for teenagers who want their own room or for multigenerational living. All the amenities you need are at your disposal for a relaxing vacation. The garden is fenced in and features several seating areas of various sizes that offer sun or shade, depending on what you’re looking for. There’s plenty of sports equipment, bicycles, and board games—something for everyone!



Explore the nature reserve on Furillen, take a dip at one of the beaches on Furillen, at the Blue Lagoon, or at the limestone beach near Smöjen.
