The house is located in the pretty heritage village of Capelle Fermont in the heart of the hills of Artois, 5 minutes from Mont Saint Eloi, 12 minutes from Arras where you can visit its belfry, its large square, the Wellington quarry or stroll through its famous market. History enthusiasts, come to these lands scarred by the Great War, there are many military cemeteries of all nationalities, the site of Vimy and its Canada memorial or the national metropolis of Notre Dame de Lorette.
20 minutes from the mining basin, take a trip to the Louvre de Lens, the city of electricians in Bruay la Buissières or a walk on the 2 highest slag heaps in Europe in Loos en Gohelle.
