On the upper floor, there are three modern bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and TV, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for all guests.

The outdoor area is designed for complete enjoyment. Guests have access to a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, a covered terrace with a barbecue and outdoor dining table, perfect for relaxing summer evenings, and a landscaped garden that enhances the sense of peace and exclusivity. For additional entertainment and active leisure, there is a table tennis setup, a children’s playground, and mini football goals, making the villa especially suitable for families.

Thanks to its location in Debeljak, Villa Ikić offers a peaceful retreat away from the city crowds, while still being within easy reach of Zadar and its rich selection of restaurants, beaches, and cultural attractions
