Villa Kergondé, an address between palm groves, sport and starry skies

Just a few minutes from Marrakech's most vibrant neighbourhoods, Villa Kergondé offers a rare luxury: space. Twenty-three thousand square metres of garden, palm trees, silence and fresh air, in an atmosphere that sometimes gives the impression of having left Marrakech… whilst remaining close enough to enjoy it fully.

Here, days begin gently amongst the Atlas mountains, hot air balloons crossing the sky at sunrise and the almost unreal calm of the estate. Then come the long tables, tennis or padel matches, outdoor lunches and evenings that finish late around the barbecue or the central fireplace.
