The food was very good, delicious and fresh, many new options every day. Me and my family really enjoyed the spa, the hamam and massages, good value for the money.

Evening shows were boring.

We were upgraded to a family room on arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very quiet, we had a pool/ pool bar view, but it was not loud at all, no sounds of loud music or people talking unlike in the other hotel we stayed in Side. Comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful garden and alley to the beach. Sunbeds in the garden. Clean beach. Staff was well trained and friendly. The food was really good, both taste and variety, especially the grilled food on a terrace, and omelets)) Very good WiFi everywhere, even on the beach. Overall, great stay if you want to calm down the nerves, relax and sleep well. We will definitely come again and stay longer next time.

There are really no things that we did not like:) However, there are minor points that I'd like to mention. The hotel stands kind of apart from the main hotel crowd, and the beach is partly pebbles, not all sand like further down to Side. The standing apart can actually be an advantage, as there were no strangers selling their goods, or other hotels' guests on the beach, so it felt safe. I was a little concerned abt the lack of the masks and glass shields in the dining area (all personell wore masks, of course, but not the guests). Maybe it is because all guests were German, where the covid situation is better than in other countries. Still, having an opportunity to use masks in common areas would make me feel safer. On arrival we were told the laundry service returns washed clothes not on the next day, but in 2 days. As we were already returning home and stayed for three nights only, we were not able to use the service. However, all of these were really minor points, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

I like the hotel; room, being very close to the beach, pools, sea, aquaparks, sport (yoga,pilates, step, beachvolley,dart etc.) and activities provide by animation team, all-inclusive includes all alcoholic beverages, etc. But the most was the food! It was really very good, not like the other all-inclusive hotels; very tasty and changing every day. And also the massage and peeling at hammam was amazing! I strongly recommend this hotel, we really enjoy!!! Addition; hotel is almost only for German tourists, but it was not problem for us of course...

The only issue was the swimming pool which are inside the building. the pool was very chlorinated, my daughter's eyes were effected badly. Also, there are some shits on the water! I think from the babies...But it was not so good, we escaped from there and never used the inside pool again...
