Inside the main house, you'll find an apartment with a private entrance—Il Nido—perfect for a young couple. After parking, walk under a romantic ivy archway to a courtyard surrounded by olive trees, where an outdoor table and the entrance await.

Step into a compact, fully equipped kitchen with a table for four. Continue to the double bedroom with a panoramic window, then to the charming living room, which can become a second bedroom with a single sofa bed and a French sofa bed (130x190).

The apartment features a bathroom with shower and Wi-Fi. In the living room, a connecting door links Il Nido to the Granaio—ideal for larger families—or it can stay closed for your privacy.

Arezzo – on the first hills, surrounded by woods, stands a peaceful stone house. Once a retreat for a retired couple and their growing children, it’s now ready to welcome those who love nature, Tuscany’s green landscapes, and cities rich in art and culture.

Il Rifugio nel Bosco sleeps eight, perfect for large families or groups of friends seeking a safe place for children to play. There are four parking spaces, a built-in barbecue, a spacious dining room for shared meals, and plenty of outdoor space with children’s games, sun loungers, and stone benches for reading in the shade of towering trees.

The only drawback: the road is winding and uneven, but it’s a small price for such a stunning hillside location.
