KITCHEN/LAUNDRY

There is also a drying rack in the glass canopy on the third floor of the apartment. Vredehoek is known to be very windy. Do not leave windows and doors unsecured.

This property has a strict no smoking policy.

There are no elevators in the complex. This property starts on the 3rd floor and itself has three floors. Due to the balcony, rooftop terrace, and floating bedroom architecture, this apartment is not suitable for young children.

Apartment Servicing
• The unit is cleaned before your arrival, and then once a week for long term guests. We will work with you to coordinate the best time.
• The pool is serviced once per week, typically on Monday or Wednesday. Likewise, we will coordinate an amenable time with you.
