Seabreeze is designed for relaxing coastal getaways with beautiful bay views from the property and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy nature. Spend your mornings sipping coffee while watching native birds and your evenings taking in unforgettable sunsets. This comfortable bayfront home offers a peaceful setting ideal for couples, families, fishermen, and pet lovers alike. Dock coming soon for even easier access to the water!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor areas. Plenty of parking is available for vehicles, boats, and trailers. Self check-in information with a custom guest code will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Eastpoint, Seabreeze offers a true Forgotten Coast experience. You’ll be close to local seafood restaurants, public boat ramps, fishing spots, and just a short drive to the beaches of St. George Island and the shops and dining of Apalachicola. The area is known for incredible sunsets, wildlife, and some of the best bird watching on the Gulf Coast.
Getting Around:
A vehicle is recommended to explore the area. The home is conveniently located near restaurants, marinas, beach access points, and outdoor activities. Plenty of parking is available for boats and trailers.

The house and location were both great. Very easy drive to Eastpoint, Carrabelle, St George, and Apalachicola. The house was clean and well stocked with necessities. Shaded parking underneath the house was also nice. Screened porch off the upstairs master room was great to keep the bugs away. Lots of outdoor space between the 3 porches. The outside furniture is all new and very comfortable, same for the indoor furniture. Utility sink and hose connection under the house was nice as well for cleaning beach gear and fishing gear. Honestly have nothing negative to say about the place. Overall great spot. Highly recommend.
