Ideal for 4 people, our house located in the city center of Montpellier offers calm, comfort and privacy 7 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the center. Large equipped kitchen, XXL living room, sunny terrace, air conditioning in all rooms and free parking in a private cul-de-sac. Perfect for a relaxing or professional stay.PGJyPg
The house is composed of 2 dwellings. A 2-room apartment at the back of the house and the house itself which is offered for rent here. Only the walls of the entrance and the staircase are adjoining, thus limiting nuisance.
The swimming pool is only open from June 1st to September 30th. Outside these dates it is not allowed to use it.
Parking is in the cul-de-sac outside the house grounds.
