Walls too thin. Can’t even talk @ regular volume without neighbor complaining…. Even early in evening. Bedroom Bathroom shower tub gross. Lots of dirty scum mold coming out of seams.

I traveled with my 16 year old daughter and the neighbor who was above the unit informed us that we were loud at 9:30pm; this was not accurate. I could hear the unit above me walking in their unit and did not complain. We also had someone banging on the pipes at night and there was not any noise in the unit. If the neighbors expect no noise this unit is not for families traveling with kids.
