The Space:
An enormous balcony wraps around the exterior of this corner condo in Ocean City, a sunny, light-filled space ideally situated one block from the beach. This is a place to take in a view of the water with your morning coffee, go for afternoon swims in the pool, and admire unforgettable sunsets over the bay.
This second-floor condo is located on the ocean block at 41st Street, a location that's incredibly convenient to the best of Ocean City. In addition to the beach mere steps away, you'll find the Roland E. Powell Convention Center (across the street), the Ocean City Boardwalk (one mile), and Jolly Roger Amusement Park (one mile) close by. The surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway are also home to a wide assortment of eateries, shops, and sources of entertainment.
The expansive, wraparound balcony is the star of the show here, with access points in the living room, the dining area, and all three bedrooms. It's a wonderful spot for reading in Adirondack chairs, sipping cold cocktails, and dining alfresco at sunset.
The interior provides every coastal comfort, starting with an open, centrally air-conditioned living space that brings together the living room, the dining room, and the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy stainless steel kitchen appliances, a TV with cable and streaming capability (including Peacock Plus), and both a washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi for your convenience.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The actual condo and location are great. The condo has lots of room, nice patio... location is great... however it is loud and rooms stay lit all night because of street lights

This place would be fine, if the price was lower but for the price it was very sub-par. Beds were uncomfortable, decor is worse then a hotel. No cables, tv has a lock on so you can only use the cheap streaming box. Internet isn't great. Water pressure is horrible and only 1 tv in the 3 bedrooms. I love the building but this condo is not the one.
