The Space:
Look no further than this lovely, four-story townhouse in the gated community of Sunset Island! This-five bedroom home is sure to please, offering a spacious kitchen and dining area, as well as a breakfast bar and an adjoining morning room to provide even more seating. You'll find two master bedrooms here as well - perfect for when large groups or families are traveling together. Additional luxuries include four TVs, two DVD players, a VCR, plush furnishings, a full-size washer/dryer, free WiFi, and parking for three vehicles. Take a leisurely walk to the on-site pools, clubhouse, or general store, where you can purchase a great cup of coffee or a bottle of fine wine. Or, simply stay home to relax with a drink on one of the rear balconies or the charming front porches with fountain views. Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location that's central to all this resort town has to offer. This private, 37-acre island sits only three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. Facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more - all just a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk and world-class golf. Things to Know A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200 Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
