The space was perfect for my family who came to visit for GHS graduation. The only thing I would suggest is getting a toaster and a coffee machine that works properly!

The house was clean and a great base camp for a long ski weekend at Crested Butte. Just 2 blocks from the bus stop made it easy to enjoy our time. Only negative is the animals get into the trash so there was some garbage in the front yard.

We planned a family trip to Gunnison to enjoy all the area has to offer. The rental is in an ideal location: walk/ biking distance to the college, shopping and the rec center. The house was roomy. Only downside was lack of air conditioning… it was hot during the day, no toaster, minimal kitchen serving bowls and cobwebs in the front and back porch. We did enjoy our stay.
