The stairs and the low ceilings in part of the property were a bit of a problem

This was a cute little spot in a nice location in munjoy hill. It was easy to walk to the waterfront and downtown, as well as to the breweries in east bayside. Would absolutely stay again!

Bathtub had two patched areas. One patch had developed cracks and started to leak to the floor below, but it was promptly repaired with a larger patch. It would be better to either resurface the entire floor of the tub or replace the unit entirely to prevent this from happening.

The apartment is nicely furnished and generally very comfortable, well located. The description doesn’t accurately capture the narrow, curving staircase, which had several loose stair treads. Some tricky low ceilings (watch your head signs are posted). Needed more detailed instructions for heat/cooling and called property management company. Fireplace not working and had loose tile. Would have appreciated a starter coffee kit.
