You're going to love stretching your legs with long walks along the base village streets and warming your toes next to a crackling fire in the home's gas fireplace. You'll have a furnished patio with a gas grill for those warm-weather barbecues and a fully-equipped kitchen to simmer your favorite soups during the winter months. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bath, the second bedroom has a queen, and the next two rooms each enjoy two twins. Guests will have lots of fun amenities to explore like easy access to the free city bus route, common area coin-operated laundry facilities, elevators, and complimentary garage parking.

We loved our stay. Plenty of room. Ideal elevator access for those who have limitations (and carrying all your gear up and down). Ideal location. I’d stay here every year.

This is a perfect choice for a group of 6-8 people who want easy access to ski lifts. Kitchen was fully equipped. The unit was clean and spacious.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is incredible. It's an easy 3min walk to the base of Steamboat and as others have mention there is a small (but expensive) grocery store across the street for misc essentials. The condo itself is a good size - we had a group of 6 and felt comfortable. Beds were good, but the remaining furniture is pretty dated and could really use an update. While the kitchen is mostly well stocked some of the items could also be updated - for example the frying pans and knives were in pretty rough shape. It's also good to know that this unit is on the first floor so it's luck of the draw who will be above you. Our upstairs neighbor was pretty loud and we did have to ask them to not wear their ski boots inside and stomp around. Ha. All that being said we enjoyed our stay, the location is spectacular, and with a few minor updates this condo would be amazing.

The property was spacious and location can’t be beat! However, there were lots of things that didn’t work (televisions in bedrooms, hair dryers), the kitchen sink leaked terribly all over the counter, and generally there were lots of dings in the walls and doors and the unit felt older.
