Queens luma villa

Our stay at Queens Luma villa was fantastic! Couldn’t recommend a spot more. It had everything we needed. Location was great, away from the noisy nightlife of Arugam bay but close enough to walk to everything. Our host Nawaz was wonderful, very easy to communicate with, he made sure we had everything we needed including laundry. We really enjoyed being able to have our own kitchen and fridge, the outside sitting area and shower was a highlight! Thank you for having us Nawaz, we hope to be back soon.

Just a note, the is only AC in the main bedroom but fans in other rooms

If you're heading to Arugam Bay, definitely check out Queens Luma Villa. It’s actually the owner’s old home converted for rentals, so it feels super spacious and homey instead of like a cramped hotel room. You get a whole bedroom, living room, full kitchen, and a sweet little patio with a garden to chill out on. Honestly, Nawaz (the owner) makes the whole trip. The guy is an absolute legend—super helpful and basically available 24/7. He grabbed groceries for us, hooked us up with a scooter rental, booked our safari, and pointed out cool local spots like Elephant Rock. There’s even daily housekeeping! It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the place comes packed with new stuff like AC, a fridge, toaster, and juicer. For what you pay, it’s an absolute steal. 100% staying here again next time!

There are few things to improve such as wall paint, adding a smart tv, gardening and Nawaz is actually working on it. I think once done it will become the best villa in arugam bay to stay.

Well maintained and impeccably managed. My family and I spent 3 weeks at Queens Luma and enjoyed every minute of our time here. Nawas ensured we were well looked after and was available to assist in any way he could. We found the house to be simple but elegantly furnished, the beds were comfortable, the AC was a luxury, and the kitchen was well equipped. Our highlight was the front verandah where we would sit and enjoy our meals and enjoy the shade of the mango tree. The house is also well located - just a 10 min walk from the beach but away from the noise of the main road. We would highly recommend Queens Luma and hope to be back again soon!

Nawas, le propriétaire est vraiment super serviable et très arrangeant ! Son logement est très pratique pour une famille avec des enfants car c’est assez rare de trouver des appartements avec chambres et cuisine. Et il y a la climatisation dans la chambre, ce qui est vraiment confortable avec cette chaleur! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et Nawas répond toujours présent en quelques secondes (vraiment) à tout nos besoins / questions… vous pouvez réserver sans hésiter ! Nous recommandons vivement tant pour les qualités du propriétaire, que de la qualité du logement mais également de sa localisation !
