Spacious, clean, soundproof and well equipped 2 bedroom flat for a long family stay. The flat is situated close to Brasov's old town. There is a secure underground parking lot with a designated space for a car provided.
The location is somewhat remote but within a 20 min steep downhill walk from Brasov's old town. Bears frequently roam in the surrounding wood so driving instead of walking at night is recommended. Having a hard copy of the house rules for guests as well as some information for local sightseeing would have been great. The WiFi QR codes' card in the living room is out of date.

The apartament was spacious and very clean. The kitchen well equipped with all you need for breakfast or even to cook dinner. The terrace was nice in the evening. We had some issues with the damage fee during the check in process, but the host was nice and helpful. The underground parking spot was great when arriving late after a full day around the area.
A bit far from the city center by foot, but by car you are in 5 minutes in Piata Sfatului. No bad things to say about the apartament.

Curățenie, dotările apartamentului.
Foarte greu să iei legătura cu proprietarul. Nu există un nr. de contact care să te pună în legătură directă cu acesta. Zona de parcare foarte îngustă. Unul din paturi este defect, are tăblia de dedesubt ruptă . Nu există conexiune tv prin cablu, am fost nevoiti sa cumpărăm un fir pentru a conecta TV, iar la check in se solicita o suma suplimentata de plata care nu se prevede in mod expres în descrierea proprietății . Nu poți ajunge pe jos în centrul vechi și este destul de izolat. Nici priveliștea nu te lasă impresionat . Semnal foarte slab la telefonie .
