Great spot for workation, very good internet (stable ~300mbps up and down) close to train station, shops, restaurants and obviously sea. Quiet once doors are shut, good for making calls. Nice sunset views. Fully functional kitchen.

The location was excellent! Near to the train station and beach! We liked the view over the trees from the balcony and it was good to have a lift, even though it was tiny! The balcony security blinds cut out the street noise
No fire escape, no fire extinguishers. No fire alarms or carbon monoxide detectors that we could see. I was scared stuck on the sixth floor! There were no nice fresh white, clean linen and towels. The shower was small and not very clean.
