Location is great, it’s a nice, vibrant and safe area. The unit is on the 2nd floor, spacious and comfortable. The shower and bathroom have good water temperature and pressure. There are several fans in the unit which are useful in the heat, though the portable AC didn’t help much. Many restaurants and cafes around and a grocery store across the street.
The property looks much older than in the photos, and can use some refreshes and detailed cleaning. The unit is generally clean but the less obvious areas are dusty (e.g. the baseboards and the utility cupboard).

Mitten in der City. Sie war groß und hatte alles!
Es war etwas heruntergekommen. Schranktüren defekt, Handtuchhalter defekt, Toilettenpapierhalter defekt, Klimaanlage defekt, Lüfter nicht sauber, Lamellen Jalousie defekt, …!
