The Independent Inn

Prince William went well beyond his duties! Unexpected flooding blocked us from getting to the Inn. William helped us by updating us on when the road was available. He also offered us a complementary beverage. He was so very very nice! Room was newly renovated. Room 8 is small but very very cozy! Beautiful pool! Outside seating was plentiful!

Clean, located in old town so closed to everything.

The room I got did not have a door on the bathroom, did not have a closet or armoire to hang the clothes and the worst issue with room number 6 was the door was not closing properly so anyone can open the door easily so there were not safety at all. I reported to the lady in the front desk and she said a locksmith was going to fix it, it did not happened so the 3 night I stayed my door was damaged. She said the house has cameras upstairs and it was not . I looked around and any camera. The hotel did not have the courtesy of moving me to another room since the door was not closing properly. My mom and I slept every night with a light on because we did not feel safe, even though Key West is a quiet and safe town.
