Victoria was so kind and helpful that it felt like meeting a good friend. She even offered to feed us as our arrival was on the late side, The beds were so comfy and the towels luxurious. It was wonderfully quiet even with the window open and we had a great sleep. We will certainly stay again if ever back in Porto.
