Everything including ease of access to public transport . Really helpful reception staff.

Nothing - just a helpful suggestion: hooks on the bathroom door for robes and towels

Location was away from the main Kyoto attractions, so was a little inconvenient. Not many restaurants in the area immediately around the property.

We would have liked a couple of stools or chairs somewhere in the property, so that there was an option to sit other than on the floor or to go upstairs to the bedroom.

Mr Ts is in a safe, quiet, local neighbourhood which is close to public transport and is not overwhelmed with tourists. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Each morning you are greeted with a friendly smile and welcomed back to your room with a delightful hi. The beds are firm but incredibly comfortable, everything is in your room which you need for your stay. It has been well thought out and your space is well organised. The air conditioner was located in such a manner that it does-not blow directly onto you BUT keeps the room cool without you getting cold. I found that Mr Ts was on the right side of Kyoto for all our Temple visits and connected to the public transport options easily. I would definitely stay again in future.

If I was going to say one thing; I would love a hook close to the door to hold a jacket perhaps above the slippers.
