Feels nice, very good location, ac working well.
Not super quiet at night but thats understandable. Had to buy our own toilet paper + washing machine liquid.

The location is adjacent to Tram station. The Airconditioning and ventilateur are apt for the summer nights. The flat is spacious. Towels and blankets are clean. Bathroom and toilets are neat.
The flat is on 2nd floor without elevator. The windows face the tramway and main road below and they cannot be closed due to the portable Air conditioning vent obstructing the closure. It can be noisy while sleeping with police/SAMU sirens passing by during night.
