I loved the beautiful bathroom. The heated floors were very nice and helped drying the floors when we took showers. The rooms were sound proof too, we didn't hear a single thing from the other rooms nor outside. The mall is right there. The free parking saved us lots of money.

The pillows were too big, they felt a little uncomfortable.

When we got there the accomodation was lovely but it wasn’t the right bed configuration. So I called up and spoke to James and he was so apologetic and upgraded us to the navy house. They went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

Only thing we could fault them on was no bins in the bathroom.
